Further additions to non-embedded code lists

Hi all,

A heads up that the there are 4 planned changes to non-embedded code lists which are planned to be taken forwards if no objection is received within 7 days.  In summary these are:

• Add ‘Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy’ as a registration agency for Pakistan
• Add currency Code 'XDR' to the currency code list
• Add an entry for EC DG ECHO to the IATI Organisation Identifier Codelist
• Add an entry for EC DG DEVCO to the IATI Organisation Identifier Codelist
