Secondary Skills: Tableau Shift time: 12.30 to 9.30 pm Job Summary: Survey Analyst will be part of HPS Sales & Marketing CoE and will support global quality operations. The incumbent plays the role of a change agent directly being responsible for developing strategies and designing and implementing programs that assist BizOps Quality organization in HPS to drive higher performance and ensure the right return on investment in improvement initiatives. This person will design and administer surveys, and apply benchmark data and advanced analytics, to develop practical insights about improving customer satisfaction, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal return on investments. S/he will be responsible for day to day survey program coordination and quality control, supporting all stages of the voice-of-the-customer (VOC) lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Follow surveys calendar (update content, launch, and closure) * Survey creation, development and deployment * Create Corrective Actions in Siebel on timely basis * Provide information to respective team members as per timeline * Generate and maintain performance reporting; communicate progress. * Participate with the team to analyze data and create reports * Deliver C-Sat data and graphs by LOBs, region, site, service and persona as required on timely basis * Knowledge on Net Promoter Score (NPS) would be an added advantage. * Knowledge on creation of Decks representing the analysis. * Creating survey program plans and other survey documents as per agreed methodology ensuring that they reflect realistic timescales and program resourcing requirements. * Monitor project status on a daily basis, keep the Project plan up to date, and discuss changes or issues with the Project team and suppliers as soon as they arise. * Oversee the production of all data reports and distribute to the correct recipients. * Apply all quality control procedures and ensure that high standards of quality are maintained. * Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes * Build tools and templates in Excel using Visual Basic to develop macros to improve productivity by 20% especially on data processing methods * Build automation on survey reports through improved UI & adding short cut Forms & buttons to access multiple sheets in the workbook * Ability to turn data into insights and quickly transform ideas into action is a key for this role. Requirements: * Graduated with a BSc or MSc level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline, 3-5+ years of work experience in a project management/client service role. * Must have good reading comprehension skills so that they can understand their client demands perfectly. Communication skills are critical because they need to communicate their ideas and survey results to their clients in a clear and concise manner. * Highly computer literate and keen on learning and using new software applications to interpret survey results and also in displaying survey findings in an easy to understand format. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential * Methodical and structured approach, attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to effectively organise and prioritise multiple projects while working to defined deadlines is essential. * Team player; Ability to work independently as well as in a team * Communicator; displays strong oral, written and presentation skills in English. * Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams * Should have an investigative and innovative bent of mind.
