Job Description	Job Responsibilities: -Ensures that informational needs of our client and internal customers are met by designing and creating reports.  -Support customer with issue resolution & troubleshooting -Expertise of using tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel to generate reports to internal and external customers.  -Must be able to understand and handle onshore client requirements. -Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. -Able to work in pressurized environment. -Ensure timely delivery and 100% accuracy of all reports / work assigned / daily KRAs.  -Consolidation into more comprehensive reports.  -Interacts with other departments to determine reporting needs and provides expectations for completion.  -Designs and creates ad hoc reports to meet client needs.  -Supports the goals of the department by performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the director / supervisor. -Support innovation & automation drive in team. -Must be able to enter operational data on a web portal with 100% accuracy. Additional responsibilities:  -Report knowledge transition documents.  -Implementation of documents. -Generation of reports according to timelines in Schedule of Reports. -Manual Testing of VBA /SQL automations.
Desired Profile	Mandatory skills: -12 -24 months of relevant experience in MIS.  -Bachelor degree with 3 years of regular education ( B.Tech/MCA would be preferred ) -Good knowledge MS EXCEL formulas and good knowledge of Excel and Access VBA. -Good communication skills as role require the person to interact with onshore partners on a daily basis once he/she is settling down in process. -Working knowledge of SQL and SSIS.
