Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone is, or knows anyone, writing or even just
thinking seriously about Treme and/or sissy bounce. I'm hoping to put
something together as a panel and/or journal dossier. Best place to
reach me is my school email: gstadler at haverford dot edu.

Did you get any hits on this, Gus? I'm a fan of the show (though about eight episodes behind on viewing right now) and would be interested to know who's working on what out there, too. Keep us posted on the status of the journal/panel if it comes together.

Yes, I did hear from Zarah Ersoff at UCLA who is working on the show
and has done some field work on the set. We're hoping to do something
for the EMP/IASPM New York extravaganza; I've also got Ned Sublette on
board, in theory.
