Last week Eric Harvey posted a link to his review of Tyler, the Creator's Goblin in the Village Voice, along with a comment about self-promotion. It seems to me that this forum is perfect for promoting our members' work. So, always feel free to post links to something you've published in the forum.

I'd also like to push some publications to the top of IASPM-US's website (iaspm-us.net) in the scrolling bar that has updated links. That means you need to keep me in the loop, and you can do that by emailing me a link to your work at justin...@gmail.com or ias...@gmail.com. Include something in the subject line to let me know what it is so that I can find it easily. I'm not going to put blog posts on the site's front page, though you're welcome to post them in the forum for discussion. In the coming weeks, we're going to add a space on the website where we can post links to IASPM-US member blogs and websites, so keep that in mind if you'd like to be found there, and I'll have information for you soon.

Thanks for the encouragement regarding our recent publications. As
one of those folks who straddles the line between practitioner and
academic I'm excited to have my applied recording techniques book, The
Art of Digital Audio Recording, just out on Oxford - here's the link
to the Amazon listing http://www.amazon.com/Art-Digital-Audio-Recording-Practical/dp/0195394100/ref=tmm_pap_title_0.
My new academic book – Bytes & Backbeats: Repurposing Music in the
Digital Age, will be out on University of Michigan Press in the Fall.

Great idea. Steve, I just wanted to praise the title of your upcoming
book. Looking forward to checking it out.
