Chapter Election Results

Dear Chapter,

This email is coming a bit late, but its purpose is to announce last year's election results. 

Because we had only candidate for the offices of President, Vice President, and Treasurer, this nominees win by acclamation (see the chapter bylaws for an explanation of this process). Essentially, this means they automatically assume their offices without a vote, since there was no competition. The new and returning officers are:

Paul Rayner, President

Tim Berglund, Vice President

Jeff Certain, Treasurer

We are still looking for nominations for Secretary. It is not too late to take this office for 2010. Tim will continue to serve in this role in the interim, but he will not resent the competition if you step forward. (No, seriously.)
