WISE2024: 12-14 June 2024, Edinburgh, UK
The IFIP Working Group 11.8 -- Information Security Education will hold
the 16th World Conference on Information Security Education (WISE2024)
in order to advance the state of computer security and information
assurance education throughout the world. To that end, we invite
practitioners, researchers, policy makers, and others from academia,
industry, and government to submit papers for presentation. All
presentations and discussions will be in English.
WISE2024 will be held in conjunction with the 39th IFIP TC-11
International Conference on Information Security and Privacy Protection
(IFIP SEC 2024). More information can be found on the WISE2024 [1] and
IFIP SEC 2024 [2] websites.
We solicit submissions on all relevant Information Security Education
topics including, but not limited to:

* Emerging Trends, Technological Advances, and Holistic Approaches
in Information Security Education
* Serious Games or Gamification

* Information Security Professionals

* New Programs in Security and Privacy Education
* Experimental Information Security Education and Training

The conference will feature general paper sessions and a working group
session.
* Paper submissions should follow the guidelines for full paper
submission using the template that can be found at [3]. Papers are to be
submitted through EasyChair at [4]. The submissions for WISE2024 will
be reviewed separately from IFIP SEC 2024. Accepted papers will be
published in the WISE2024 conference proceedings. Papers must be
original work, not previously published, written in English, and at most
14 pages long including references and appendices. All submissions will
be reviewed double blind and must be submitted in a blinded version
(author and institution information removed). Submission instructions
are available on the conference website. Acceptance will be based upon
originality, contribution to the field, and relevance to the conference.
Conference proceedings will be published under the IFIP Advances in
Information and Communication Technology Series by Springer (with ISBN
and indexed in Scopus).
* Submissions to present only: Early Stage Research, Innovative Courses,
Panel Discussions, and Primary/Secondary Education perspectives are
also welcome and should be submitted in no more than 500 words to the
Conference Secretariat for review by the event organizing committee. A
record will be published on the IFIP WG 11.8 website.

* Notification of acceptance: 15 March 2024
* Delivery of camera-ready papers by authors: 29 March 2024
