Everyone thank Amy for the Poster! I have attached it to the email and expect everyone to change their profile pictures accordingly. Amy, if you could come up with a universal  facebook status and tweet to send out, that would be awesome. Remember guys, advertise advertise advertise! Let's fill it up!

Amy will also be letting you guys know about the postering tree soon!

Hey everyone,

Here is the story i.e. publicity:

- Please change your profile picture to this event by 10AM Tuesday. I am allowing more time to do this, but DO NOT BE TARDY IN CHANGING YOUR PROFILE PICTURE. This is a HUGE event and any and all publicity is necessary in order to attract the most people. Remember, none of these tactics are useless, and I expect ALL Eboard members to change their profile pictures. If you cannot change it due to a valid excuse, please let me know ASAP via email so that I can make a note of it. Even if you mentioned something in Eboard, please email me again so I have a copy of your excuse.

- In the description in the profile picture, please write:

You are cordially invited to @The George Washington University International Affairs Society's (YOU MUST TAG THE OFFICIAL FB PAGE, NOT THE GROUP!) Spring Charity Gala on Friday April 26th at 8pm. Please reserve your tickets here: http://gwiasspringgala.eventbrite.com. Hope to see you all there!

If you do not do this correctly, I will email you individually until it matches this tagline above. Please highlight the profile change on your timeline so people will see it in their newsfeeds when they log onto FB. 

I will send out another email with instructions for postering when they are printed hopefully by tomorrow.

If any of the instructions in this email do not make sense, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help you out!

Hey everyone,

First off, thank you Amy and Ross for getting all this info out and set up!  If you have not yet done the FB change please do so ASAP as Amy has detailed below- thank you to all who have done this already.  

I just want to emphasize to please sit your assigned office hours.  It is important that we give members an easy time in getting tickets!  If you cannot make your assigned hours for any reason please email Ross and I and we will see who can fill it.  

Ross/Blake - do we have some form of Google form log to use for tickets and money (cash or check) collected during these hours set up yet? 

Ross has put in a great amount of work on this event and its success is not dependent on getting the word out and getting as many tickets as we can.  Please reach out to all your friends in other orgs who may have not heard about this event otherwise and encourage them to come!
