T-20 Hours till Gala; Gala Master Schedule PLEASE READ ALL

Dear all,

We're on to the final stretch! I have attached a master schedule of how the night will progress step by step. Please note that I expect e-board+dates to arrive at 7:30 PM but please please please no later than 8:00PM. 

I cannot stress enough how important it is to publicize tonight and tomorrow like crazy. I want to see at least one facebook post on your walls, sharing the event. I WILL CHECK AND I WILL ANGRILY SEND AN EMAIL OR FACEBOOK MESSAGE IF SUCH ACTON IS NOT TAKEN. Of course, tweet about the event like crazy. You know our selling point: charity, venue, entertainment, food. 

We will be taking payments until 4:00PM in the office, e-board is then excused to get ready for the formal. We will be accepting payments at the door, PLEASE stress that to the people you talk to when advertising this.

Please note the following things specific members of the eboard should bring:
Blake- Money box to collect sales at the door

Avani- Fonkoze poster and promotional material

Gordon/ Sophia- Cameras (Do not worry, I will take over as photographer at points in the night so you guys don't have to)

Everyone else- A charming smile and your equally riveting dates
