Posters are IN!

Hey everyone,

First off, I would like to send my thoughts and prayers to everyone who is from the Boston area or who knew someone who may have been running today, and if you did I hope you can get in touch with them to find out if they are ok.

To the main reason for my email, posters are in! The SA just finished printing the first round of posters for us, so get excited to poster everyone! :)

Given everything that has occurred today, I will not expect you to have picked up your posters until tomorrow by 7pm. All posters must be up by no later than 11pm tomorrow evening. 

Please email me upon completion of postering in your assigned dorm.

If for some reason there is no way for you to do this by then, please let me know via email ASAP. 

If for some reason I have missed anyone on this list, please let me know and I will assign you a location to poster.

All of the posters can be found in the IAS office, under a sheet with your name on it. You are to take ALL of the posters and poster by 11pm TOMORROW NIGHT if you haven't already. I will be checking throughout the day to ensure this has been done, and will follow up with those of you who haven't done so.

Thanks in advance for all of your help in this regard everyone. I really appreciate all of your hard work in getting these posters up. Every effort counts in getting people to attend this event, just it did for Winter Gala, so please take this final postering effort seriously.
