Postering - Round 2

Hi everyone,

The second round of postering is underway! Thank you all for postering last week, and I thank you all in advance for helping out again.

I cannot stress to you all how important this week's postering campaign will be as we are in the final stretch, and our numbers are lagging in terms of ticket sales. 

All posters are available in the office for pickup. The deadline for picking them up is 9pm tomorrow evening, and all posters must be up by 11pm tomorrow evening. Please email me if this will not be possible ASAP. I do not want to have to chase you down if you haven't completed the task, so please email me if you have an excuse (i.e. work or a major paper due by midnight), and I will adjust your deadline accordingly. Not completing the task, and not providing me with an excuse will not be tolerated. I know that this is a stressful time of year for everyone, but this is the last event we need heavy publicity for so please pitch in one last effort.

The postering tree is as noted below, and you each of you have piles with your name on them in the office. Please take ALL of the posters in your pile.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and all excuses to me are due ASAP.
