Good morning!

Formal is almost here! I cannot express the urgency of publicizing this as much as you can, twitter, facebook, instagram, whatever for the next 48 hours. Remember, as per Amy's recommendations, to publicize at different points in the day to ensure maximum reach and coverage.

Remember to play up the food, entertainment, venue as well as the charity we're supporting!!!

Seeing as this is the last day before formal, everyone is going to be streaming in and buying tickets. Please please please, if you have free time in the day, drop by the office. Assigned office hour people, be there too, but I need people sitting in the office all day today. We can't afford to miss someone.

Next, I want e-board at the formal with their dates at 7:30 PM.

Hey could you possibly give us specific times there won't be somewhere there. I would like to help, but I have work for most of the day, so it would be great if you said, "I need two people here from 6-8" etc. Because I don't want to just come by 5:30 after work and there be 5 members of the eboard and like 4 members of the new eboard and then there be no one there at 7 for example
