Dear all,
We have the green light to advertise for the Secretary LaHood event. As a reminder the event will take place on Monday, April 29th from 6:45pm-7:30pm. I will need all hands on deck at 6:00pm and there will be a brief pre-reception ONLY FOR E-BOARD to meet the Secretary at 6:30pm in 505. There are only 70 seats available so I will ask E-Board members to not reserve a ticket and instead I will ask that you please stand around the room during the event so we can have as many people as possible at the event. Provost Lerman will be making introductory remarks.
Please keep an eye out for the FB event and advertise, advertise, advertise! In addition to the formal of course.
