Regarding artificial datasets

Respected sir,
Iam Sasikala R,doing my project work in "Differential Gene expression".Sir now Iam working with Integrative Array Analyser software and i feel difficult in upload artificial dataset.Sir here I have attached one artificial datasets format and I request you to please give me any idea to upload this artificial dataset in order to work with iarray software.
