Assalamo Alykum Brothers,
Congratulations to both, Al-Abrar and the
Al-Murabitton teams!!!!
They both had a very competitive and very enjoyable game to watch last night. May Allah (SWT) award us all and count all ISL07 activities toward our good deeds manyfold, and not count them as mere play nor frivolity. I also ask Allah (SWT) to forgive every single one of us. Amen.
The ISL07 closing
ceremony will be held after Isha Prayer (9:00PM) (after game # 33) on Sunday March 18th,
2007. The ceremony will consist of short talks from various members of
the community, awards for the first 3 teams, giveaways for all ISL
players, appreciation gifts for our volunteers and recognition
statements for other members of the community. Stay tuned for a
complete ceremony agenda.
A complete success of this league now depends solely on each one of
you. So, this is when your role becomes crucial to YOUR league or to YOUR
Sports & Rec Committee at large. You can full fill your role by
attending AND by spreading the word to others and have them attend as
well.
