A message for Imam Khalil Abdul-Rahman (National Representative):
As- Salaam Alaikaam. The current legal status of Imam Jamil is: A
state appeal (habeas corpus hearing) for a new trial has taken place
and the judge's decision is pending. His current holding condition
is: Imam Jamil is being held in 23 hours. Lock-down with no human
contact. He is being subjected to inhumane treatment in violation of
his Human Rights. Being housed in a federal super-max facility in
Florence, Colorado, rather than being in a state facility, is pre-
meditated intent to do physical, spiritual and mental harm to one who
has dedicated all of his young-adult and adult life, to speaking for
the rights of Black People and other Americans, and all oppressed
peoples throughout the world.
