Assalamu Alaikum All;
Masha Allah, we had a great start to our drive. Due to the large number of families in need, our drive will continue through out next week insha Allah.
Our team will be collecting more items on Saturday 10/9 form 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Iman school old building (the red brick building) where the food pantry is located.
We need help, if you're interested in volunteering, please email sister Manal, Jackie or myself.
The work is very time consuming as we have to go through bags of donated items and sort everything as well as organize it by size and gender.
Please spread the word, as the weather is getting cold very fast, and we need to distribute these items asap.
Jazakum Allah Khair for all you do to help your fellow brothers and sisters.
