NOTICE OF THE 9^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Dear members,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Academy of Pathology, Malaysian Division (IAPMD) will be held at the Waterfront Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak on Saturday, 7^th September 2024 at 4.30– 5.30 pm for the following purposes:

 

AGENDA

1.    Welcome remarks

2.    Minutes of the Eighth AGM

3.    Matters arising from the Eighth AGM

4.    Annual Report 2023/24

5.    Treasurer’s report /Audited Statement of Account 2023/2024

6.    Other Matters

a)   Change the constitution to only allow life membership after 5 years of becoming an ordinary member/ 5 year after getting NSR.

b)  Council with a 3-year term, instead of 2 years.

c)   Dr Rafie to say a few words about Kuala Lumpur 10^th ASM 2025

7. Induction Ceremony: New Pathologist & New Life Member
