We are pleased to inform you that the abstract submission deadline for ICRS 2025 has been extended, following strong interest and multiple requests. This extension offers researchers additional time to finalise and submit their work for consideration at this premier event in cancer research.
As a reminder, submitted abstracts will be considered for the competitive awards previously announced. If you’re conducting innovative research in cancer, this is a great opportunity to share your work on an international stage and be recognized for your contribution.

Award Categories |
1. Oral Presentation Award · 12 Prizes: RM500 · Eligibility: Outstanding research abstracts submitted by registrants opting for oral presentation. · Selection criteria: The 3 best abstracts from each of the 4 symposium themes will be awarded. Abstracts will be evaluated based on relevance to the conference theme, impact and innovation of the research, clarity and scientific rigor, and potential for an engaging presentation.
2. Young Investigator Award · 9 Prizes: RM500 x3, RM 350 x3, RM 250 x3 · Eligibility: Early career researchers within 3 years of PhD completion or pathology training. · Selection criteria: The Young Investigator Award recognizes outstanding early-career researchers who have demonstrated exceptional promise and achievement in their field. Candidates will be evaluated based on their Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Travel Grant Awards · 12 Prizes: RM450 or USD100

Eligibility:
Researchers from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) in Asia, as defined by the World Bank. · Selection criteria: Eligible applicants who are not selected for the above awards will be automatically considered for the Travel Grant Award based on the evaluation of their submitted abstracts.
The ICRS 2025 Scientific Programme Committee will carefully review all submissions and select the best abstracts for recognition. Check for the eligibility criteria here.
