Dear Shai

We are delighted to hear that you and your colleagues are moving
fundraising forward in Israel by setting up a formal Association. We
very much understand the effort that goes into this procedure!

I have attached the International Statement of Ethical Principles in
Fundraising, which has come about as a result of the work of the
International Fundraising Summit. You may already have seen this
document, but if not I am sure that you will find it useful.

Once your Association has been established, you might like to consider
become an Associate of EFA. In the meantime, I will keep you on our
mailing list, so that you will receive details on future events. To
keep up to date with EFA’s activities, please visit our website and
take a look at recent issues of Fundraising Europe, the EFA journal

Please do let me know when the Israeli Association of Professional
Fundraisers is established. At that stage we can look at possibilities
for cooperation.
