Hi Kiran,

 

I am not sure how much it is valuable my approval here. As I am not involving in our activities due to my personnel responsibilities. Let me know your thoughts about my involvments. Or during monthly meetings also you can discuss, how to take it up if anybody including executive members not involving, what action to be taken. I cannot leave my family responsibilities and participate here, day by day it is increasing. My encouragement and support will always be there whereever i can.

 

And whatever our guys are doing are very appreciated and i am always in a believe whatever we do it will reach our students and fullfil their needs.

1.    One DEd (Diploma in Education) student Mr. Shankar Lingam requested us to give support for his hostel fee. He is studying DEd @ Mallareddy College, Suraram, Jeedimetla and he is staying @ Home for the Blind, dilsukhnagar.

      From the hotel college is around 30KMs, traveling time will be around 4 to 5 hours approximately in the public transport and also finding difficulty to have his breakfast and lunch.

     

      I thought it would be good to join him in a private hostel which is near to college.  If we join him in the hostel they can avoid traveling daily and will get food time to time.

 

2.    One of I&Eye students suffering with some eye infection in his left eye, due to the infection he is getting severe pain. Doctors suggest to replace his eye ball with the artificial one.

All details are available in the attached proposal. To take up this eye surgery, I need approval from the executive committee on or before 24^th Mar 11.
