Very good move by taking this new initiative. Bringing them smiles on childrens face, I believe it will make our day. And it is our moto too, great idea, hope it will succeed much more in the future.

I&Eye is here with yet another initiative to bring in those beautiful innocent smiles on our Visually Challenged students.

 

The new initiative “Abhinandhana” is basically to spend some quality time with the kids which involve lots of fun.

In the program I&Eye volunteers are going to have a get-together with the students monthly once to congratulate (Abhinandhana) them on various aspects.

 

The get-together will have all the students and the volunteers joining together to:

·        Celebrate the students’ Birth Days falling in that month (with cake cutting, snacks, gifts etc)

·        Identifying few students showing excellence either in studies, sports, hobbies, habits (like cleanliness, punctuality, helping nature etc) and gifting with some memento.

(This basically encourages the one excelling and inspires the others to follow them)

·        Creating a platform to show case any new talents of our students.

 

Hope you would appreciate our initiative and please come up with any suggestions/ideas to make it much better.

 

We are in a plan to start off this on 20^th March, 2011 (Sunday) for this month @Govt Boys High School for the Blind, Darulshifa. We are sure you would be willing to join us on that day.
