Hi
We have the following components installed in my customer environment and we don't have either OID or OVD installed.
1. Oracle Identity Manager 11g 2. Oracle Access Manager 11g 3. Oracle Directory Server EE - identity store for OAM
My requirement here is to protect the OIM self-service application using OAM. I am aware that there is an OIM -OAM integration approach suggested by the Oracle as in the below link. And it talks about the OID and OVD, but they didn't clearly mention about the Role of OVD in the integration (whether it is mandatory or not).
And the alternate approach what i though is Protect OIM Self-service application in OAM as an regular web application. If I do so what all the headers/cookies do i need pass it on to enable the SSO on OIM side.
I am seeking experts suggestion here for the OIM self-service protection. Thanks in anticipation.
