Here is the JD

Duties will include:

Design, plan and implement key initiatives in identity life cycle management, access management, and directory services

Perform research and develop technical guidance in the areas of directory services, Identity Life Cycle Management, and Access Management

Provide technical mentorship to other Identity & Access Management Engineering team members

Ability to plan and schedule all phases of assigned projects, serve as primary customer contact and liaison, ensure a high level of technical quality is achieved and maintained, and coordinate resource allocation

Strong capabilities in Identity and access management functions like access governance, data governance, identity management and administration, automated provisioning, privileged access management, Single Sign-On, multi-factor authentication, password management and privileged account management

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, writing well-defined statements of work and specification documents

Provide strategic guidance to the Identity & Access Management Engineering on industry best practices and available commercial tool sets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

10-12 years of experience in the Industry with atleast 4-6 years in designing, planning and implementing identity and access management solutions (Microsoft Forefront , Oracle Identity Manager, Sun Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, CA Identity Manager, Dell One Identity Manager)

Additional Qualifications

Building and implementing solutions in heterogeneous environments and systems

Strong .NET/Mono, C#, VBScript and SQL writing and reading skills.

Knowledge of SOA-based security (e.g., web services, WS-Security, SPML, etc.)

Heavy Active Directory and Directory Services knowledge necessary

Hands-on experience implementing custom identity workflows, resource provisioning and role based access controls

Experience in the design, configuration, administration, and implementation of LDAP and Active Directory services

Experience in the design, configuration, administration and implementation of Virtual Directory services

Demonstrated capability to comprehend and effectively translate customer's requirements into functional technical specifications

Proven project management experience with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities

Experience utilizing core security principles

Working Knowledge of Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 server technologies preferred
