How to connect to Manframe/RACF throug ISIM [or] ITDI

Hello, 

I have target system is MainFrames/RACF. 

Option1:

I will install RACF Adapter in Target system/Managed Resource. 
Import the Jar file in ISIM. 
Create Service to RACF Profile and will do provisioning and de-provisioning to Mainframes/RACF through ISIM. 

This is called Agent based adapter .Am I correct? 

Here I have question ,can I install RACF Adapter in TDI where RMIDispatcher is installed? 
RACF Adapter can be Agentless adapter? 


Options:

Do we have connectors in TDI to connect to RACF. 
Is it possible to connect to RACF/Mainframes thoguht TDI Connectors. 


Please suggest me as I am new to Mainframes/RACF Adapter.
