Men's Small Group

Anyone have any suggestions for a good men's small group study? Would
like something that does not require the participants to read another
book. Maybe even something that is video based.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Lead His Family." It's a book (I know, you said you didn't want a
book), but it's very good.
