Ramadan 2018!!!

Ramadan Mubarak Everyone!!!

Here is info from IAMC Board for Ramadan Program at the Colleyville Masjid:

PROGRAM UPDATE: 
1) Imam Zia will lead Fajr, Maghrib, Isha and Witr prayers in Ramadan
2) Hafiz Sajid and Hafiz Taqi will lead Traveeh prayers
3) There will be 8 Traveehs this year.   (Starting next year's (2019) Ramadan when  days will be shorter and nights longer, there will be 20 Traveehs Insha'Allah)
4) Imam Zia will give short lectures every day after Fajr and daily Khatira after 4 traveehs to summarize what's being recited.
Imam Zia will also have Halaqa after Zuhr prayer every Saturday and Sunday during Ramadan
5) Khatmul-Quran will Insha'Allah be on 27th night of Ramadan. Imam Zia will lead Dua.
6) Imam Zia will also lead Jumma-tul-widaa and Eid Prayers

IFTAAR UPDATE:
 1) Community iftars will be every Saturday and Khatmul-Quran night as already announced. If you want to sponsor, pls contact Sr Rukhsana @ 262-408-9596 via text only or reply to this email. Cost is $3,000 per iftaar. Multiple donors can participate to share the cost. Calendar has been posted in the Foyer.

 
  2) With prior approval, private iftars can be held on Sunday thru Friday (not Saturday). Pls contact Sr Rukhsana for approval and coordination. There will be $300 charge for supplies and facility charge and $200 deposit for cleaning. $500 must be paid in advance. $200 Deposit will be refunded if Masjid cleaned properly after the private iftar.

  3) There will be also be potluck iftars during work week. Br. Idrees and Sr Samina will coordinate. Pls contact them if you are interested to participate or contribute food for the potluck iftars. Weekdays Iftaar Food, setting up and cleaning will be the coordinators responsibility and not IAMC Board
