Session Overview
Prof. Bertuzzo will deliver the opening and closing remarks. Dr. Giulia Grandi will present her research on water transit time as a proxy for carbon transport and processing across hydrologic catchments.
Her work integrates numerical modeling, field observations, and sensor-based data to investigate how environmental and hydrologic drivers influence carbon export from hillslopes to streams, contributing to closing the catchment-scale carbon cycle.
