Dear Colleagues,

This e-mail is to inform you that Prof. Giuseppe Mastonuzzi (Bari University), Prof. Pietro Aucelli (Parthenope University) and me are Guest Editors of a Special Issue on Relative Sea-Level Changes and their Impact on Coastal Zones in WATER (Scopus-CiteScore 2.06; Q1 in the categories “Geography” and 'Water Science and Technology').

This MDPI journal is fully open access, with a rapid publication (manuscripts are peer-reviewed and a first decision provided to authors approximately 17.3 days after submission; acceptance to publication is undertaken in 5.1 days).  The Open access policy ensures free access to readers, promoting more frequent citations. To cover the costs for providing high-quality publishing service, the authors pay a one-time article processing charge for manuscripts accepted after peer-review that in WATER is 1600 CHF. Papers submitted to this Special Issue have a 20% discount.

You will find more details at the Special Issue website:

https://www.mdpi.com/journal/water/special_issues/Sea_Level_Changes

We hope that you could be interested in the topics of our Special Issue, and we cordially invite you to submit a manuscript for a possible publication.  The article types accepted by the journal are original researches, communications of preliminary results, reviews. We would also appreciate if you could forward this to your colleagues who may be interested in the topic.  The deadline for manuscript submissions is 30 January 2020.

Please, if you are interested to submit a manuscript, send us your proposal of the title (included authors) to my mail address (gaia....@uniparthenope.it)

Thank you for your consideration and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Please excuse us for any double mailing.

Best regards,

Giuseppe Mastronuzzi, Pietro Aucelli, Gaia Mattei
