Tuesday's highlights include two plenaries and a highlight lecture.

Plenary 3 features CEOs of Industry and heads of Agencies who exchange
views on the impacts of the current economic situation leading to a
discussion on how space sector could stimulate new services and new
development of business cases within this context. t] 10:00

The fourth Plenary discusses "Civilian Access to Space - Spaceflight
for Mankind".

Our first Highlight Lecture entitled "Space helps to preserve World
Heritage Sites" will be presented by Dr Gunter Schreier, Deputy head
of DLR's German Remote Sensing Data Centre in Oberpfaffenhofen,
Germany.

As part of the Young Professionals Programme, the early evening
"Spacefarer Social" is sponsored by Lockheed Martin. Come, interact
and have a round of cocktails with astronauts, cosmonauts, and
taikonauts.

The IAC 2009 Cultural Night later, showcases Korean arts and culture.
