Hello,

The “BSW Business Continuity Report" is a monthly publication sent during the second week of every month by the Baylor Scott & White Information Sharing and Analysis Center (BSW-ISAC). The BSW-ISAC is a partnership between BSW and numerous intelligence centers across the nation. This information is primarily sent to BSW clinicians, leaders, and BSW Hospital Emergency Response Team members, as well as our homeland security, emergency management, public health, public safety, and industry partners across the US.

In addition to the "BSW Business Continuity Report," the BSW-ISAC will now be authoring and providing the following reports on a weekly basis:

  1. Emergency Management Report: This report focuses on providing updates, analysis, and recommendations related to emergency management strategies, protocols, and best practices. It covers topics such as disaster response planning, incident command systems, risk assessments, current events, and coordination with external agencies.

  1. Business Continuity Report: This report aims to assist organizations in ensuring the continuity of their critical operations during emergencies or disruptions. It provides insights into business continuity planning, risk mitigation, supply chain resilience, and recovery strategies.

  1. Public Safety Report: This report addresses matters related to public safety and security. It includes information on threat assessments, crime trends, physical security measures, situational awareness, and recommendations for enhancing public safety within healthcare facilities and the surrounding communities.

  1. Emergency Medical Services Report: This report focuses on emergency medical BSW-ISAC Emergency Management Report services (EMS) operations and response. It covers topics such as EMS protocols, patient care guidelines, medical equipment updates, training opportunities, and innovations in pre-hospital care.
