Anderson,
Through Operator Console a given client right mouse click > properties can set “Allow Save” to False to not save changes, but it’s a global private mode that prevents any changes to the configuration from being saved or pushed to the IADS server. That includes
changes to Desktops, Analysis Windows and prevents Event Markers and Test Points from being propagated to the IADS server also.
The same option is available as a command line /private entry to the IADS Client Target in a shortcut.
There is no method in IADS to selectively limit User access or changes to specific parts of the Client; like just the Parameter Defaults Table, Display Builder or Configuration Tool.
