What is the theoretical limit vs. actual limit to the number of IENA packets you
can accurately parse per Acq cycle in IADS? The reason I ask is because I have
multiple KAMs with a lot of high sample rate parameters and not only will they
not all fit in one IENA packet, now they wont all fit in 2 IENA packets.
That being the case I had the idea that if there isn't really a limit I could
break things down even more to make it easier to add an remove known groups of
parameters from the data set by just adding and removing a given IENA packet.

I would suspect that it is going to be entirely dependant on the
horsepower of the system running the iadsTpp.exe. We'll see what Kathy
has to say though.

In my experience, the network will "break down" before the "parser" does.

The "parser" would indeed be dependent on the horsepower of the system but
I've run a lot of data ( > 20 Mbs ) through relatively slow machines ( i.e.
laptops ) without a problem. I wouldn't worry about that, Adam. And other
customers have way more packets than 3.
