The IadsSpinBox only supports integer values; what you may be seeing is the thousands separator for the default language of the OS installed on your system. If you examine the Value property you will see the value without the thousands separator included. Additional this behavior could be affected if the OutputName field is defined and/or assigned to multiple objects. Basically only the Text Input Object can accept floating point values, whereas all of the other IADS Input Objects are of type integer.
