This seems to be related to some dark mode settings. Reports I received from some engineers say that their screens reset from dark to light when the desktop is exported and then reimported into another config. Sounds like it doesn't happen on config exports. Not sure about analysis window exports either.

Have you guys heard of this before and is there anything that might help alleviate the issue?

Dark Mode is assigned to the User by way of the Dashboard Popup menu. When Desktops and/or Analysis Windows are imported they verify the current user’s Dark Mode state and provide a warning if there is a mismatch between what the current user’s Dark Mode state is and what the Dark Mode state is of the import file. If the import is in Dark Mode and the User is not then the import will make an attempt to revert back to Light Mode. However; there are limitations to what can be logically determined for proper color change so going from one Mode to the other will result in only non-data related colors being changed. Additionally this is presented to the user upon import as a notice and acknowledgement prior to the import completing.

Because of this conversion complexity, it’s recommended that Dark Mode Desktops and Analysis Windows be imported to Dark Mode Desktops. Otherwise the user will be required to manually modify any miss-matched colors assigned to Parameter properties attached to each Display Object.
