Hi,

Tried replying to a previous post but it wasn't going through. https://groups.google.com/g/iads/c/cSfwk90QJTQ/m/TaF64apvuCcJ

Was wondering if the discussion about correcting bad TM data in IADS is still not a thing or has there been any development since this post in 2010?

Zachary,

There have been no measurable changes in the handling of bad TM data within the IADS software system at this time.

It’s to be noted that the Google groups are highly suseptable to SPAM and as such all messages are sequestered prior to being posted to the group.

Thank you,

Adam is correct, however the reason there is no changes in IADS is due to no changes to how data is delivered from the vehicle to IADS. There has been some movement using lossless data transmission techniques, but they are not widespread yet. Having said that, we are not giving up, we have potential solutions that are in the pipeline.
