Good morning,

We would like to request some clarification regarding how IADS is converting CH10 data.

We are working with a CH10 containing a PCM channel (KAM500) and an analog channel from the MDR recorder. We are observing two behaviors that we do not fully understand:

  1. Sampling rates in IADS
The sampling rates displayed in IADS do not match the nominal values defined by the acquisition systems. For example:
  • PCM: 2048.001049 instead of 2048
  • Analog: 6000.024000 instead of 6000

Could you please explain the reason for this discrepancy in the sampling rate values?

  1. Duplicate SFID values in CSV export
When exporting SFID parameter data to CSV, we sometimes observe repeated SFID values, even though no synchronization loss is present in the PCM stream.

On what basis are these duplicate values inserted? Is this duplication behavior also expected for other parameters, or is it specific to SFID?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,
Marco
