I have a sectional that I want to use as a moving map but I'm not sure
how to use the geo-referencing tool. I need some "IADS for Dummies"
help.

Have you taken a look at the help topic in the IADS Help System? Start->Programs->IADS->IADS Help System? Select the Index or Search options using the term Geo. The tutorial there is better then anything I could write here on the forum.
