Dallas Meeting Agenda and Minutes

Hello and Happy New Year to you all-

I've attached the minutes from the DC meeting and the agenda for the Dallas meeting.  We have some new/newer directors that will be in the class so the topics have been designed to help them with ideas (and give the rest of us some ideas too!).  Thanks to everyone that agreed to present in the meeting; sharing your knowledge is invaluable to us!  

I will update the AEC contact list when we're in Dallas and send out a revised copy the week of the 21st.  

Let me know if you have any questions or if you see anything in the minutes we need to correct before the meeting.
