Hey all,

What do you do to welcome new members and thank renewing members. (welcome packets, emails, calls, face to face welcome, etc.)

To welcome our new members, we send them a package/envelope with the following:

 

For New Dealer members:

 

  • TIADA Welcome Letter- Letter primarily thanking them for their membership especially with legislative session taking place this year. We also inform new members know what resources the association offers (compliance consultations, education seminars, etc. ). Information on our Auction App for coupons- dollar for dollar this is our most practical benefit.
  • TIADA Plaque AND Decal stickers – stickers are for the corresponding year, one to display on a window (this one has an association logo), and a small sticker with the membership year to place on their plaque.
  • Relevant Flyers – Annual conference, education courses available (in person and online), Auction App details. Currently we are also including information about the Safeguards courses per the FTC.
  • Coupons – we offer every new member two coupons for 50% off for one registration to our Conference, and for one live education seminar.
  • Magazines – 2 different issues of our most recent magazine, or any from the past few months with pertinent important information/updates.
  • Associate information to order forms – TIADA sends out an envelope with information for an Associate member that provides printed forms and promotional supplies.

 

For New Associate Members:

 

  • TIADA Welcome Letter- Letter thanking associates for their membership. This letter states that we are focused on building relationships, resources and helping their businesses achieve their goals.
  • Associate Letter – Breakdown of ways to connect with Dealers, publications (magazine, vendor directory), events (conference, seminars, local luncheon/meetings), online (newsletters, TIADA website, online directory) and any additional opportunities/benefits.
  • TIADA Plaque AND Decal Stickers – stickers are for the corresponding year, one to display on a window (this one has an association logo), and a small sticker with the membership year to place on their plaque.
  • Media Kit – Showcases marketing opportunities and their cost breakdowns.
  • Magazines – 2 different issues of our most recent magazine, or any from the past few months with pertinent important information/updates.
  • Relevant Flyers – Annual conference/ Conference sponsorship opportunities.
  • Phone Call – Patty call each new associate member.

 

For Renewing Dealer Members:
