Important Construction Updates

Good Afternoon IACS Community,

As you can see from the construction site preparation, things are moving right along for our new Middle School wing.  Next week, the company who has constructed the building units will begin transporting them to our campus.  This is no simple task in terms of transporting the buildings on the highway or getting them onto our campus and it's curvy driveways!  One thing we know for sure is that we need to have the High School parking lot clear so that the trucks carrying the building units can make their approach.  Please know that the majority of this work (bringing buildings on campus) will be occurring over April vacation, however it is not logistically possible for all of the work to occur during that week.

For that reason, we have decided to cancel all after school activities (athletics, drama, extra help, etc.) on the following dates so that construction equipment and rigs carrying the building structures can enter our campus.  They will be arriving in stages on these days by 3:30 in the afternoon.

We realize that this affects the schedules of students, staff, and families, however a timely completion of this stage is critical to the larger project.  If you have questions regarding this schedule, please contact the following people:
