Not Too Late To Register for the Innovation Spring 5K Road Race and Fun Run!

Dear Students, Faculty and Families:

Innovation Academy Charter School is excited to host the First Annual Innovation Spring 5K and Fun Run to support the school's Expansion Initiative. This first of its kind road race in Tyngsboro will begin and end on our campus and will include participants from our school as well as runners from all over New England. In addition, we will also host a "Fun Run" for those who wish to walk or run a shorter distance.

Our event will take place Thursday evening, May 16th with the Fun Run beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the 5K road race beginning at 7:00 p.m. There will be music, a DJ, food and entertainment onsite. "With our student's achievements in cross-country and track events, hosting a 5K was a natural extension of the success of our athletic program and a further way to support community outreach and our school's wellness policy," said Carol Passarelli, parent and 5K/Fun Run organizer.

We are very fortunate to have partnered with Yankee Timing and Cool Running to promote this inaugural event. Register online now for $30 for the 5K road race and $10 for the Fun Run. All proceeds benefit the school's Expansion Initiative and 5K participants will receive hats and trophies for race winners, and Fun Run participants will receive tee shirts.
