MoM from IAC Volunteers Meeting held in Kowloon Park, TST

[IAC Hong Kong]

Dear IACians,

We had a meeting IAC HK Volunteers on Sunday (11-12-11) in Kowloon park. IAC Volunteers discussed and decided on followings:

1. Need to work on mobilizing more Indians Living in Hong Kong.

2. Each one of core volunteer team will be responsible for connecting with at least 20 others. 2 Days before upcoming event, that person will be responsible for sending SMS to those 20 people and so on.

3. Need to work on a more relevant leaflet content, old one will not work

4. Decided to hold an event on Monday, 02 January, 2012, around 02:00 - 03:00 pm.

5. Venue has to be booked - India Club, and Marina Club are the options to be explored

6. Mailing list has to be consolidated from different sources, prepare and send a mailer about upcoming event when venue is booked

All IAC Volunteers who were present on day, please append if I have missed something.

Here is the update on action owners of different items decided in last meet up:

Let's all work together to make it a success... I will be there at KITEC, Auditorium, for KHSHK's Charity show.. if someone is visiting that place, let me know and we can discuss a few things...

India Club not available from 1-3 Jan. Vinod, any news from Mariners Club.

 

If not, we may have to ask Legends of India (former Khana Khazana) in TST for 2-Jan. Not ideal place, but surely located in heart of TST.

 

Any other suggestions? Club house of any building?
