Crockett Elementary bid farewell to its long-time principal, Elida Troutman, who retired a few weeks back.
Ms. Troutman was a great ally in our education initiative. The Chronicle has a special feature
today to recognize her yeoman service.

Ritu, I saw the article today on Ms Troutman and kept looking for a mention of IACF but there was none! I dealt with her when I remodelled the school 14 years ago.
