Since I have no further comments from the By-Laws subcommittee, I propose this document be the final one for consideration/vote by IACF.
To that end I am sending it to the entire IACF board.
If anyone has an issue I suggest bringing it up at the board meeting.
Asha, I you could cast your eye over it to see if we have missed something big, then please let me know. Thank you in advance.
Best regards
Abhijit

Manisha & Asha,
I am forwarding a final draft of IACF's new bylaws (attached) that were discussed in the last board meeting. Abhijit has incorporated all recommendations/suggestions/comments that were agreed by the BODs present in the meeting.
Manisha, please review these bylaws and provide your recommendations/comments/suggestions if you have any.
Asha, please review these bylaws with your legal eyes and let Abhijit know if any improvements are required (see message below).
Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I have compiled all the feedback I received at the last board meeting and edited (as best I could) the draft we were discussing. I dont remember who else was on the Committee, but perhaps you can forward the document to them.
I am giving the committee once last chance to review and comment. Silence (which often seems to be the case) will be assumed to be endorsement. I would like to impose a Nov 28th deadline for feedback and I will send out the 'final' copy on Nov 30th.
I trust all By-Law committee members can live with this.
I would like you to forward this draft to Asha Reddy for her perusal if she can provide any feedback at all. I dont have her email address.
Asha,
I think it would be most beneficial if you can take a quick look and provide any guidance. Thanks in advance.
Best regards
Abhijit
