First, many thanks to Mike for his enthusiasm in stepping up to organize
venue and other such matters. What a champ!

I would love to have a conference call to figure out all these issues at
one time. I have a number at freeconferencecall.com. The deal is
that everyone calls the same number (which is located in rural Michigan,
or Illinois, or South Dakota or some such place) and enters a code to
get in. Callers pay only for the long distance call, and nobody pays
anything extra for the conferencing capability. When I use it, I
schedule the call for a weekend, and use my cell phone, where all
weekend calls are free.

How do you feel about scheduling a call for this weekend sometime?
Could be, say, Saturday at noon, or 5 or 6. Ditto Sunday -- whatever
time doesn't interfere with Father's Day activities.

We can talk about money, activities, and who is going to do what.

Hi Jodi and everyone. I will participate in the call; however I don't have
any free calling time, but, no matter I would like to get this thing
rolling. I really want to know how a Barbecue will work, so I'll find out
on Saturday. If we have a raffle, perhaps each one of us could be
responsible for bringing two or three items? I could manage that. When we
have an event with the local humane society, we make up baskets of goodies,
wine, etc. for a raffle. Talk to you soon. Rebecca
