    Dawn, your letter is great!  I do want to bring up one point about the receipts.  Did we decide on just giving each donor a slip with the NAF address and the date, and let each person add the amount of their donations?  I think we did decide that we can't list each and every donation - I do agree that we should let Tina find out from Lori just eactly how we should go about it.  I will be glad to volunteer to hand out receipts on the day of the sale and to be in charge of selling drinks and bags of chips, etc. (I think we added those) if someone can purchase from Costco (Tina volunteered I think, as I don't have a card).  I I will also include a paragraph in the write up for Generations (from our July 11 meeting).  I will send to Deb to go to Lori.  Rebecca
