Hi folks,
I want to find out who is available to do what and
when. This is what we need to do:
Thursday 24th - Help Deb sort items already
delivered and price if not done by people who donated. Deb please let us
know the time that works for you.
Friday 25th - Transport items to Church - I
have a friend with a truck and I am available ideally between 12 pm to 4
pm. He plans to work in the morning and take half day off to help out, I
just would like to be finished by 4:00 pm
Saturday 26th - Garage Sale
7:00 - 9:00 a.m. - Set up. Items will be
stored in the church meeting room, we need to take them out and place
outside. Set up chairs & table and hang NAF sign.
Set up the garage sale signs @
neighborhood.
Deb said she will brew coffee. We are not
going to sell drinks, however we may want to have breakfast food for us to munch
on. There is a kitchen to keep food.
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m - Sell, Sell,
Sell.
Items not sold will be donated to a local charity
that Deb is handling.
Everyone please respond with your
availability so I know we have coverage. If I forgot something let me
know. Jody sent me money for change (I received, thanks) and Deb has a
cash box.
