opening docs

To those of you who had trouble opening the write up, did you save or download first?  I tested it by sending it to Olivia, and that is the way it worked.  I just tested my copy which came from the google group, and it worked also.  For some reason, clicking "open" does not work, but "saving"  first does. Get it into your downloads, and then it should work. Let me know if you are still having problems.  Rebecca
