Copy of E mail sent to Ellie Anderson. For
those of you who do now know, she is the lady who cooked our lunches for a long
time and is very knowledgeable about buying and serving lots of people.

Subject: Garage Sale Fund Raiser of Sept. 26
As per the above subject, you can see that we have
scheduled a garage sale which will be in Hayward at the church where Debbie and
King were married. The fee is FREE and all facilities will be available to
us. I had an idea to sell hotdogs as a side line just to add a
little color and make a few more bucks - although, most garage sale
patrons are early shoppers, so don't know how many will want a hotdog. We
will settle on final activities at the July 11th meeting.
What I would like to request of you is some input as to how much mustard,
relish, etc and if you have ever done this at such a sale, just how many hotdogs
would likely to be sold. I have a way of overbuying. Remember my salad
bar? Members can always buy the left over dogs, buns, etc. It
will be good to hear from you. Perhaps you can make the July 11
meeting? It should be a good one. We will be having a committee
meeting after the regular meeting. Fondly,
Rebecca
